The Monochrome Dress
We all need a moment sometimes. After a Long weekend in the New Forest it had to be followed by a day to regroup, rest after the long drive and catch up on a few local errands. Being a mother of two toddlers means that I don't get too many opportunities to take a moment. But today I made it happen. It's always refreshing to get away but travelling always disorientates the routine for a while so what was one more day going to add to the equation? Sat in my letterbox was a copy of harpers Bazaar and Vogue. Wouldn't it have been a little rude if I didn't make just a little bit of time for them?
The perfect monochrome dress was hanging in my wardrobe waiting for me to wear it on a day exactly like this. I really love the monochrome revolution thats happening at the moment. Monochrome can be classic, edgy and clean. Not only do you feel all of these things when you wear this combination but it photographs so well and can work with any other colours. As you can imagine this dress is just everything. The print, the colour combination, style and fabric. It's tran-seasonal too. With 3/4 length, wide, bell sleeves it's the perfect dress to take you to fall.
